The Payroll Profession Confidence Index (PPCI) is a first-of-its-kind sentiment-based analysis that aims to “take the pulse” of payroll professionals globally. The inaugural PPCI survey was conducted during Q1 2024 using a quantitative and qualitative survey methodology.
