Some new hires were actively looking for a new job when they applied for one at your organization. Others, you or your recruiting team might have plucked out from a previous employer, competitor, or somewhere else; the industry calls them “Passive Talent”. These new hires weren’t looking for a new job at all and normally, it is because they were happy and performing well in the role they were currently in. 3Sixty Insights is on the hunt to find out, which of these two kinds of new hire performs better?
