Market Alert: Zoominfo Launches Talent Autopilot, Pairing an AI Recruiting Agent With Its Verified Data

Market Alert - Zoominfo Launches Talent Autopilot, Pairing an AI Recruiting Agent - Thumbnail AngledZoomInfo (NASDAQ: GTM) launched Talent Autopilot, an AI agent that helps recruiters find and reach candidates whom keyword search misses. It’s the most advanced product yet from ZoomInfo Talent Solutions, the company’s existing recruiting business, and it extends ZoomInfo’s core data further into recruiting workflows than any earlier product. The launch rests on one claim: trust the data, not just the agent.

What’s Actually Happening

Talent Autopilot runs on ZoomInfo’s existing data: more than 100 million companies and 500 million contacts, by the company’s own count. ZoomInfo says a verification team of 300-plus people keeps that data current, at a cost it puts at $60 million a year.

Recruiters give the agent a role’s context instead of titles and keywords. It reasons across skills, experience, career paths, and company details to find people who might not otherwise turn up. “Recruiting teams do not need another tool that simply gives them more candidates to sort through,” said Jon Bischke, General Manager of ZoomInfo Talent Solutions. “They need technology that understands what they are trying to accomplish and has the intelligence to act on it.”

Recruiters review what the agent finds and refine it in plain language. Approved candidates go into the ATS with duplicate detection, then get outreach through connected Gmail or Outlook accounts, including one automated follow-up. Every message needs recruiter approval before it sends.
