At the outset of 2023, retrain.ai has made two announcements:
retrain.ai has been named to the top 10 in “GLOBES’ Most Promising Israeli Startups of 2022,” an honor as designated by Israel’s premier venture capital firms.
The vendor closed on $14 million in private equity investment from artificial intelligence–focused Radical Ventures, a round bringing retrain.ai’s total funding raised thus far to $34 million.
Both developments are significant. They underscore the robustness of retrain.ai’s Talent Intelligence Platform, which became available at scale earlier last year.
retrain.ai built its Talent Intelligence Platform based on explainable Responsible AI. As such, the vendor provides a white-box solution, meaning retrain.ai knows how its AI reaches specific conclusions and can explain the process in detail. By contrast, many competitors in this space are black-box solutions, meaning they lack this basic insight into their AI decision-making.
To inform the Responsible AI powering the platform, retrain.ai sourced billions of data points from millions of publicly available job posts, employee profiles and job descriptions. The vendor’s white-box approach helps ensure AI explainability and produces unbiased outputs to mitigate unwanted bias throughout retrain.ai’s machine learning models.
