What Happened
Recent updates to global payroll outsourcer Immedis’ technology promise to simplify the user experience and further secure data for its customers and their employees. Employee self-service (ESS) in the mobile application, launched in Q1 2022, has been deepened. Additionally, the vendor has revised its process for gross-to-net (GTN) uploading, to support auto-validation, and streamlined the direct processing of payments.
Background
Immedis continues to strengthen its solution. 3Sixty Insights published an analysis in January 2022 of the vendor’s then-new analytics-related functionality and upgrades to the mobile ESS to match that of Immedis’ desktop application (3Sixty Insights 3SIMA2212 – “Immedis Delivers More Power to Users in Q1 2022 with New Functionality in Analytics and Mobile Self-Service,” January 2022). Some of the work then and now has to do with producing insights into global payroll that are more easily extracted, to the benefit of key stakeholders in the C-suite. Additionally, all the recent work Immedis has put into its solution streamlines the processing of data to further reduce the number of people who handle it.
