Ahmad Noordin brings 25+ years of HR operations, technology and analytics experience from various organizations including Ulta Beauty, W.W. Grainger, HelloFresh, Aon, and ADP.
Ahmad currently serves as VP, HR Technology at RPM Living, the third largest apartment operator in the United States, where he leads the team responsible for enterprise HR technology transformation and people analytics.
Ahmad holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Roosevelt University and a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology from DePaul University. He also holds various certifications and designations in Human Resources, Change Management, Project Management & People Analytics.
Ahmad also serves in a volunteer capacity, as IHRIM Director-at-large and as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) and Aga Khan Schools (AKS), based out of Geneva, Switzerland.
