Bill is a Managing Partner at Clear Voyage Consulting and brings over 20 years of experience in leading Talent Acquisition (TA) Transformation projects from every side of the table. Bill has worked in industry, for technology providers, and as a management consultant. Bill has helped organizations plan and execute the largest Talent Acquisition Transformation projects in the market. Bill brings experience advising the CHRO and their talent leaders on all pillars of talent acquisition to include operating model/ organizational design, technology strategy/ selection/ implementation, and execution. Bill has helped leaders solve the most complex business issues by advising his clients on the solutions needed to develop the future for their workforce. Bill is currently the Managing Director for the US Advisory business at AMS and is also Senior Faculty Member for the Josh Bersin Academy. Prior to AMS, Bill owned his own firm, CnL Advisors that was acquired by AMS and has worked for Deloitte Consulting, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Aramark and Avature. In these roles he worked across numerous industries and sectors supporting global multinational clients. Bill graduated from Susquehanna University with a BA in Human Resources Management and from the Executive MBA program at Villanova University. Bill currently resides in Pennsylvania with his wife Danielle and son Patrick and daughter Sloane.
