Prior to joining Inspirus Theresa managed teams at Tesoro managing HR strategy, technology and analytics and at Delta Air Lines she was responsible for strategic planning, design and implementation of incentive and recognition programs. As an influential pioneer in the field of employee recognition, she identifies challenges and integrates solutions into the strategic fabric of an organization, creating long-lasting impact and success. Under her visionary leadership, Theresa leads the customer experience team at Inspirus and shares real life examples and best practices to help Inspirus clients create more inspired work cultures. A dynamic business leader and a recognized expert in recognition Theresa served as Past President and Educational Board Chair for Recognition Professionals International. During her tenure she led the development of a Certified Recognition Professional curriculum and co-created the Certified Recognition Professional (CRP) designation.
