Robyn Torgius is a Director of Global Payroll and transformation specialist with more than 20 years of experience across HR and payroll. She leads complex global payroll operations, driving strategy, governance, compliance and transformation initiatives that support business growth and employee experience across multinational organisations.
Robyn is passionate about elevating payroll beyond a transactional function and believes payroll should be recognised as a discipline in its own right. In her view, payroll sits at the intersection of people, finance, technology and compliance, making it a critical business function that enables both organisational success and employee trust.
Originally from South Africa and now based in Ireland, Robyn enjoys solving complex challenges where payroll, technology and transformation meet. Outside of work, she values resilience, continuous learning and meaningful connections, qualities reflected in both her leadership approach and personal achievements, including completing the Comrades Marathon, an 89.9 kilometer ultramarathon in South Africa.
