Luis Lucas – Chief Operations Officer

Luis joined Global Management Group in February 2012 as a Management Consultant. In this role, Luis is responsible for all Strategic Operations and Intelligence divisions of the company. Global Management Group is committed to providing unique leading-edge business solutions in the Americas. Lucas’ leadership and strategic management skills combined with his experience in Business Solutions, KPIs, and BSC – Scorecards in US, Latin America and Europe make him a valuable addition to the company’s team.

As a Chief Corporate Operations and Performance Executive, Luis’ responsibilities include among others, leading a regional and in-country strategic efforts in line with company goals and objectives, provide strategic leadership and set companywide standards for all elements of business operations, responsible for managing and implementing regional strategies and implementation of tactical programs to include growth opportunities, and company administration, manage program budgets, and contribute to formation of regional strategy, corporate guidelines and expand consulting teams on projects as needed.

Prior to joining Global Management Group, Luis was a consultant for several companies and was formerly Vice President – Regional Director for NWNetworks, BCK & Partners and held Board positions at various companies in US and Latin America

Luis studied Business Administration in London, UK, and Marketing in Caracas, Venezuela. He has also studied Computer Science Engineering and holds 2 Masters Degrees in Business Administration, one with focus in Strategic Planning and the second one, with focus in Operations.
