Jay is an international human resources professional with over 12 years of experience across multiple streams of the human resources function, supporting the creative and commercial sectors. He recently held a dual role as the Vice President of Global People Operations, & Vice President of People, Americas at Stella McCartney, a luxury fashion brand focused on sustainability and ethical practices.
Jay’s experience spans working with brands at various stages of their growth journey, understanding the mission, values and culture and delivering projects which facilitate business goals. He has led a large-scale transition project across all areas of HR operations, in what was a start-up phase, and have delivered numerous culture, belonging and talent projects. Jay’s experience spans strategic activities across operations, compensation, talent, development, engagement, pay & rewards, systems, people budgeting, inclusion and organizational design.
Jay brings a creative approach in aiming to modernize the role of HR function to that of a business partner involved in the business, and one which is empowered and able to enact change and embrace technology to influence decisions.
