Lynn Hurley is an accomplished Human Resources Leader with extensive experience across the US, Europe, and Asia. Known for her inclusive, collaborative, and resilient style, Lynn excels in fostering collaboration, employee engagement, and empowerment within complex and dynamic environments.
Lynn's professional journey includes significant roles at top-tier organizations. At Bristol Myers Squibb, she served as the Global HR Business Partner for Legal, Compliance, Strategy, and Business Development, where she led HR initiatives for AI talent solutions, performance management evolution, and executive talent development. Prior to this, she was the HR Head for the US Market and Global Commercialization at Genmab, where she played a pivotal role in building the US commercial team and the first-ever product launch, a treatment for cervical cancer (TIVDAK) .
Her tenure at GlaxoSmithKline as HR Director for US Pharmaceuticals saw her spearheading critical business transformations and strategic M&A activities, including the acquisition of TESARO. At International SOS, Lynn held the position of Global HR Director, managing stakeholder relationships across multiple countries and leading people change management initiatives.
Lynn's earlier career includes roles at BlackRock, where she was an HR Business Partner and Vice President, managing HR functions across the US and EMEA, and leading M&A activities. She also has experience in recruitment with BlackRock, Merrill Lynch, and Allegis Group, Inc./Aerotek Professional Services.
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts from the School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University, an Organizational Design Certification from Cornell University, and certifications from SHRM-SCP and HBDI. Her broad HR expertise spans talent acquisition, development and management, coaching, succession planning, diversity, change management, organizational design, and M&A.
