Jamy Conrad is a seasoned HR executive with over 15 years of leadership experience, who transitioned to the tech industry to join the TrustRadius team after a successful tenure in healthcare. Her journey in HR includes impactful roles at Travis Medical, where she received the "Mission Possible" award for fostering positivity, and at PAM Health, where she led the opening of a new Rehab Hospital and directed HR efforts nationwide during the pandemic. At TrustRadius, she champions all aspects of “People,” including strategy, analytics, benefits, and enhancing the human experience of being a TrustRadian. Beyond her internal impact, Jamy is actively engaged in various HR communities, including leading The Strategic HR Forum, speaking globally with HackingHR, and serving as a long-time member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), currently in their Executive Network program and Advocacy Team. She is an HR Tech Advisor through the People Tech Partners program, speaks frequently about AI in HR and the future of work, and is passionate about advancing the impact HR & People teams have on business outcomes. In her spare time, she enjoys collecting rare books, making memories with family and friends, and advocating for underprivileged communities.
